Reporting Misconduct

In order to submit reports in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers of Work-related Infringements of European Union Law, MM Grupp OÜ has established a group-wide whistleblowing channel. The MM Grupp whistleblowing channel has been created so that all employees, business partners and other stakeholders can report violations occurring in MM Grupp companies or at the workplaces of its partners.

When reporting a possible violation, please provide the reasons that support your belief that a violation has already occurred or may occur, with the aim of finding a solution to the problem. If you submit a report anonymously, please describe the possible violation in detail so that an appropriate investigation can be carried out. Information provided for the protection of personal interests only will not be treated as a report of a violation.

The identity of the reporting person is always protected. The data received will be processed in accordance with the legislation on whistleblowing, data protection and other applicable laws. The investigation of reports helps prevent potential damage and improve the overall culture and working environment of the company.
