We prioritize healthy lifestyles and disease prevention, contributing to the formulation of evidence-based health policy. We support the development of health literacy among both employees and clients, investing in the creation of opportunities and conditions that empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health.
Culture and education
Culture
Ensuring the vitality of Estonian culture is one of the four goals of sustainable development in Estonia. We contribute to philanthropy, cultural preservation, and community development, standing for the persistence of the Estonian nation, language, and culture through our values and actions. We promote democratic values and support research in humanities and social sciences, the results of which are vital for the development of Estonian societal self-awareness. We contribute to the creation of an open and independent information space based on our values by raising public awareness, ensuring the vitality of the nation-state through the vitality of its culture.
In cooperation with the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, we organize a series of piano concerts, featuring internationally recognized pianists.

The Estonian strategy for sustainable development emphasizes that education is the foundation and prerequisite for well-being and economic development.
We stand for the preservation of ethnic sciences by supporting the growth of journalistic education and erudition in Estonia. We contribute to increasing the media literacy of the Estonian people and amplify interest in language and literature to help our people contextualize Estonian society within the modern world.

Environmentally sustainable business operations
Environmentally sustainable business is a strategic anchor for the Group’s development. Our objective is to mitigate the negative environmental impact arising from the activities of our portfolio companies by encouraging the rethinking of existing production processes and increasing the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the Group.We comprehensively support sustainable agriculture and forestry, focus on preserving biodiversity, and support the development of healthier ecosystems to enhance carbon sequestration capacity. We invest in the development of renewable energy production technologies and believe in the potential of solar energy as a force for societal transformation.
