Business growth doesn’t happen by chance – it requires bold ideas, a strong vision, and deliberate action. That’s why MM Group and MM Pharma companies are continuing with a new season of their development programme.
The aim of the programme is to support companies in implementing their ambitious development plans. This season, we’ll focus on the most critical modern business development tools and common pain points that companies must navigate in today’s evolving business landscape.
Kristel Volver, Member of the Management Board of MM Group, said:
“Although MM Group and MM Pharma businesses operate in different sectors, the challenges of business development and staying competitive are remarkably similar across key areas. Every company must ensure that, alongside daily operations, they are also looking ahead, engaging in strategic planning and proactively addressing current risks – such as data quality and cyber threats.”
The first half of the programme will focus on theory and practical workshops, while the second half will offer companies the opportunity to tackle a real business challenge with a client focus. To support this, the programme provides tools and guidance to help generate innovative ideas that enhance future readiness."
The first part of the programme involves leaders from group companies, while the second part will include extended teams based on the development project.
In the first half of the 2025/2026 season, we will concentrate on innovation management and data-driven leadership
This phase will help each company design an innovation management system tailored to their needs – supported by internationally recognised trainers Patrick van der Pijl and Bas Brilman from Business Models Inc.
We will also explore future trends in the context of different companies and bring more forward-thinking into the strategy process.
Additionally, we will focus on the opportunities of data-driven leadership and mitigating cyber threats. This will enable companies to move from basic data hygiene to making business-critical decisions.
Participating companies will enter the second half of the programme with development project ideas.
The second half of the season puts theory into practice
In the second half of the programme, we will learn and apply service design and agile project management methodologies to ensure that development projects move beyond the idea stage and into implementation.
We will research, ideate, validate, and execute using best practices in project management and development.
The partner for the leadership and business development programme is BDA Consulting.
