Starting from April, MM Group’s long-standing Management Board member Kristel Volver will step down from the Board and continue as an advisor to the company. The Management Board will continue with three members, headed by Margus Linnamäe.
“Promises made years ago have now been fulfilled, and for me this is the right time to move on from the day-to-day management of MM Group and hand over the baton. At the same time, I am pleased to remain involved in the Group’s success in an advisory role,” said Volver.
“The decision was not made lightly, and discussions on this topic already began in the autumn. Now that the major projects have reached the finish line, it feels like the right moment for this change,” she added.
The formal change will take place on 1 April, when Volver will leave the Management Board, after which her responsibilities will be divided among the remaining Board members. In addition to Linnamäe, the Board includes CFO Priit Heinaste and General Counsel Margus Kähri.
“I would like to thank Kristel for her dedication and the time she has invested, which has helped the Group navigate various growth challenges in recent years,” said Linnamäe.
